The Golden Egg
I have absolutely fallen in love with this necklace. The egg is coated in resin and there is also 23k gold leaf inside of the egg. I really want this in my life.
And to kind of talk to ourselves here: Megan, do you see that it’s resin?… we were talking about that remember… time to research more about it!!

Red, White and Blue!
July 4, 2009: Meg made these festive little treats to celebrate The 4th of July. The are chocolate and cake yumminess!
You could alter these easily for Christmas or Valentine's day by just changing the M&M!
Roofs of Green!
July 15, 2009: We took a stroll around the The Wild Center in Tupper Lake, NY and noticed this “Green” roof. As you can see there are living plants growing atop the building’s roof. Upon further investigation I learned that: A green roof stays cooler during the summer than a traditional roof, and reduces a building’s energy consumption. A thirsty roof also soaks up rain to reduce the amount of water running into storm sewers.
Just so you know I will someday convice my family that living in some sort of hobbit house with a “green” roof would be ideal.
